 04.    1.      This   matter   is     taken     up     through     hybrid

        arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellants and

learned counsel for the State.

3. The appellants filed this appeal challenging the

impugned judgment dated 19.04.2023 passed by the

District Judge, Keonjhar thereby conforming Arbitral

Award passed by the Arbitrator-Cum-Collector, Keonjhar

in Arbitration Case No.16 of 2017.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to

the Opposite Parties.

5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on

behalf of Opposite Party No.1. Extra copy of this appeal

be served on him to take instructions in the matter.

Further, let notice be issued to the Opposite Party Nos.2

and 3 by Regd. Post with A.D./Speed Post. Requisites

shall be filed within three working days from today.
