2. Order dated 7th February, 2011 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar in I.A.No.690 of 2008 (arising out of C.S. No.1026 of 2008) and judgment dated 23rd July, 2012 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Bhubaneswar in F.A.O. No.21 of 2011 are under challenge in this writ petition.

3. Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. Interim order dated 27th August, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No.12342 of 2012 stands vacated.
