3. 1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Ms.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Appellant and Ms.Patra, learned CGC for Union of India.

3. It is submitted that Appellant No.3, Lambodar Khatua died during pendency of the appeal on 22nd November 2022. As such, his name is deleted since all other LRs of the deceased are already on record.

4. The compensation amount as directed by this Court in judgment dated 23rd February 2023 shall be disbursed equally among rest of the Claimants on such terms and condition directed by this Court.

5. The I.A. is disposed of.
