2. 1. Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant-

appellant-wife. He submits, his client being aggrieved by judgment

dated 27th December, 2022 of the family Court has preferred the

appeal on delay. Application for condonation has also been made.

2. Stamp Reporter has reported the delay to be four days.

3. Issue notice along with this order on the application for

condonation, appeal and the application for stay by registered/speed

post with AD. Accept one set of process fee. Applicant will put in

requisites.
