2. Heard Mr.S.D. Routray, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3. Even though the present appeal has been challenging the judgment dt.22.09.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal in G.I.A Case NO.58,60 and 61 of 2009, but till date, postal requisites for issuance notice to respondent Nos.3 & 4 in the appeal has not yet been filed on the face of the order passed by this Court on 09.02.2012.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal and the same is accordingly Signature Not Verified dismissed.
