03. 1. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rout, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties.

2. This Court vide order dated 25th April, 2023 had directed the State to obtain instruction, as to if any appeal have been preferred against the judgment and decree in T.S. 51 of 1992.

3. Mr. Rout, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties submits that he is yet to receive instruction and prays for more time.

4. Time is allowed for the State to respond as a last chance.

5. List on 17th July, 2023.

6. Interim order passed by this Court shall remain in force till the next date.
