2. Instant appeal is filed at the behest of the appellant challenging the impugned judgment in F.A No. 23 of 2011 dated 30th June, 2022, which confirmed the judgment dated 10th October, 2011 of the Additional Assistant Commissioner of Endowments, Cuttack in O.A. No. 17 of 2010 on the grounds stated therein.

4. Notice to the respondents.

5. The respondents as well as the proforma respondents have filed counter affidavits which are on record. However, for proper and effective adjudication, LCR is necessary.

6. Call for the LCR from the learned Court below.

7. List on 17th July, 2023 for further hearing and awaiting receipt of the LCR.
