                  8.     1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 13th July, 2017 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nabarangpur in Cr.P. No.85 of 2016 (M.C. No.110 of 2015) is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the petition.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM stating that the matter has already been settled between the parties.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.
