6. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.
3. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 5th October, 2015 (Annexure-1 series) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.90 of 2013, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 27th May, 2013.
4. There is a delay of eight hundred sixteen days in filing the RPFAM, as pointed out by the S.R.. No step for condonation of delay has been taken, as yet.
5. In view of the above, the RPFAM stands dismissed being barred by limitation.
