02. 1. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who was petitioner in the writ petition, disposed of by judgment dated 7th February, 2023. Drawing attention to paragraph-9 in the judgment he submits, his client has prayed for modification thereof, to direct a time frame, within which there should be compliance. Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State.

2. Paragraph-9 from our said judgment is reproduced below.

"9. On above facts and circumstances we set aside and quash impugned order dated 27th October, 2022. The Tahsildar is directed to deal with petitioner's contention regarding correction of the record, in line with said order dated 6th April, 2018 in WP(C) no.16975 of 2014."

3. On query from Court Mr. Mohanty points out that communication was made through Court process and also by his client on 15th February, 2023 as stated in paragraph-2. In spite thereof, the Tahsildar has not taken any steps to implement the order.

4. Opposite party no.5 will file objection to the I.A. The objection will be accepted on adjourned date upon advance copy served. Copy of the application is served on Mr. Rout.
