2. Notice be issued to the Respondent No.1 by Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D. returnable by the next date. Requisites be filed within three working days.

3. Additionally, a copy of the appeal as well as the applications be served on learned counsel who was appearing before the learned Single Judge on behalf of the Respondent No.1.

4. List on 8th May, 2023.

5. Issue notice as above. Accept one set of process fee.

6. As an interim measure, it is directed that the impugned order dated 21st January, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.1661 of 2022 shall remain stayed till the next date.
