Judgment dated 7th November, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.240 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to the Petitioner from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 11th November, 2009.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
