03. 1. There is an extra ordinary delay of 230 days in preferring the petition seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 10th March, 2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Chatrapur in Sessions Case No. 27/05 (S.C. No. 198/05(GDC) arising out of G.R. Case No. 87 dated 05.05.2004 acquitting the Respondent of the offences Under Section 302 IPC. Having examined the application for condonation of delay, the Court finds the reason giving therein are wholly unsatisfactory and do not meet the requirements spelt out by the Supreme Court of India in Chief Post Master General v. Living Media India Ltd. (2012) 3 SCC 563 and The State of Madhya Pradesh v. Bherulal (2020) 10 SCC.
2. The delay is not condoned. Consequently, the criminal leave petition is dismissed.
