writ petitoner- respondent. We have heard this appeal in part along with

other analogous appeals, as reflected in the order dated 18.07.2023.

2. For continuation of hearing, let the matter be listed on 10th August,

2023 along with the analogous appeals listed today. We would consider a

proposition whether the benefit as has been granted by the impugned

judgment dated 28.02.2004 can be diluted by convering part of it as

Bichi notional benefit. The parties are directed to take instruction by the next

date.
