2. Mr.S.N. Panda, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits, though as per direction given in judgment dated 23.03.2023 in W.P.(C) No.14953 of 2020, the same was to be worked out within six weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of the judgment and it was duly communicated to the Contemnor vide letter dated 19.04.2023 , sent through Registered Post with A.D., but the same is yet to be complied with.

3. Issue notice to the Contemnors by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. along with a copy of this Order, fixing a short returnable date, requisites for which be filed by Monday (17.07.2023).

4. Office is directed to list the matter immediately after service of notice on the Contemnors along with the Tracking Reports.
