2. Learned Counsel for the parties are present.

3. Mr.J. Nayak, learned CGC appearing for the Respondents submits, the impugned judgment in the present appeal has also been assailed by the Union of India in LAA No.76 of 2017 and prays to call for the said Appeal and to hear both the Appeals together.

4. Mr. Singsamant, learned Counsel for the Appellants submits, his clients are yet to get notice in LAA No.76 of 2017 and prays for a direction to the learned CGC to serve a copy of the said Appeal.

5. In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the parties, matter be listed in the week commencing from 7th August, 2023 along with LAA No.76 of 2017.

6. Mr. Nayak, learned CGC undertakes to serve copy of the Memorandum of Appeal in LAA No.76 of 2017 on Mr. Singsamant in the meantime.
