02. 1. The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
"It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this CRLMC application, call for the records and after hearing both the sides be pleased to set-aside/quash the order dtd.06.08.2021 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Bhawanipatna in Criminal Misc. Case No.122 of 2021 and judgment/order dtd.23.04.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna in Criminal Revision No.18 of 2021 respectively as at Annexure-1 and 2 and restrained the opposite parties to enter into the disputed land, in the interest of justice."
2. None appears for the Petitioner.
3. The CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court forthwith.
