        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 23rd December, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.10 of 2013, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.800/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the case, i.e., from 24th January, 2013.

3. Mr. Udgata, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
