        8.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 1st July, 2014 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in I.A. No.2 of 2014 (arising out of Crl. Proceeding No.563 of 2013) is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 6th January, 2014.

4. On perusal of the record, it appears that after issuance of notice in the matter vide order dated 27th August, 2015, no step has been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner to get the matter listed.

5. In view of the nature of dispute involved, it appears that the matter has already become infructuous by efflux of time.

6. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed as infructuous.
