Judgment dated 17th January, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.113 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs. 5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.3 through his mother guardian from the date of filing of the petition.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
