        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 12th February, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.164 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby no maintenance has been awarded in favour of the Petitioner (minor daughter) of the Opposite Party.

3. Mr. Singhdeo, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has taken back the brief to engage some other counsel. Hence, they have no instruction in the matter.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
