1. 1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks permission for withdrawal of the bail application to approach the learned District Judge, Cuttack.

3. Accordingly, the FAO is disposed of as withdrawn.

4. It is further observed that the period of pendency of the appeal before this Court may be considered liberally by the District Judge, Cuttack, for limitation purpose, in case the appeal is presented before him.

5. Certified copy of the impugned judgment be returned to the Appellant as per law.
