        5.       1.       This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 29th September, 2015 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.34 of 2015, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,500/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 11th May, 2015.

3. Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.
