04. 1. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The delay of 99 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of.

2. Since the impugned order only requires the Appellant to comply with the principles of natural justice before disengaging the Respondent from service, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the said impugned order.
3. The Court notes that in the present appeal there has been no interim order passed. The Appellant ought to have complied with the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge by now. If not already done, the impugned order shall be complied with within a period three months from today positively.
4. The writ appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
