13. 1. Heard Mr. K.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant-
claimant and Mr. B. Dasmohapatra, learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Insurance Company.
2. Present appeal by the claimant is directed against the judgment dated 18.10.2019 of the learned 1st MACT, Cuttack in M.A.C. No.532 of 2014, wherein the learned Tribunal has granted compensation to the tune of Rs.50,000/- along with simple interest @6% per annum to the claimant from the date of filing of the claim application, i.e. 02.08.2014 on account of injuries sustained by him in the motor vehicular accident dated 24.06.2014.
3. In absence of any injury report and medical documents, the learned Tribunal has granted Rs.50,000/- upon a guess work.
4. Mr. K.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant is unable to produce any document with regard to the injury of the claimant or his treatment and as such, in absence of any material in respect of the nature of injuries, I do not see any merit in the appeal to interfere with.
5. Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed.
