   01.             1.     Issue notice to the Opposite Parties on the question of

admission. Since Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5 will be represented by learned State Counsel, five extra copies of the brief be served on him within three working days.

2. Notice be issued to Opposite Party Nos.6(a) to 6(c) by way of Speed Post/ Registered Post with A.D., fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for which shall be filed within the aforesaid time.

3. For the point of law involved herein and coverage of a decision of this Court through W.P.(C) No.17697 of 2019 made herein, this Court grants at least three weeks' time for response of the State. Copy of the judgment referred herein being produced be kept on record.
