2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant pressing the affidavit of the Appellant and reiterating the contents of the same submits that the Appellant wants to withdraw this Appeal since in the meantime, the parties have amicably resolved the dispute giving rise to the lis.

3. Accepting the submission as above, the Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
