04. 1. Mr. Moharana, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-

wife and prays for adjournment. Mr. Das, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of respondent-husband and submits, there was judgment twice over dissolving the marriage, second time on remand. His client has not been allowed to see the daughter since birth. The girl is now 18 years old. He opposes prayer for adjournment.

2. Adjournment is granted is peremptory.
