01. 1. Ms. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of

applicant/appellant-wife. She submits, her client is aggrieved by common

judgment dated 30th November, 2027, made by the family Court,

directing judicial separation. Respondent-husband had filed for divorce

while her client had counter claimed restitution. The appeal was filed on

delay and application for condonation has been made. Reported delay is

244 days.
