4. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Judgment dated 10th May, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.04 of 2017 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e., from 5th January. 2017.
3. Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the Petitioner has died and thus the matter has become infructuous.
4. In view of such submission, the RPFAM is disposed of as infructuous.
