                      4.                  1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 9th July, 2019 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur in Criminal Proceeding No.21 of 2014, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of this order.

4. It appears that the matter was listed on 29th November, 2019, on which date, a direction was made to convert this application to RPFAM. Thereafter, no step has been taken to get the matter listed. Thus, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
