As an interim measure, it is directed that if the Petitioner goes on paying Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) per month as maintenance to the Opposite Party, no coercive action pursuant to judgment dated 31st October, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.149 of 2013 shall be taken till the next date.
