03. 1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Samal, learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. Mr.M.R.Khatua, learned counsel files his power for contemnor-Opposite Party No.2. The power filed by him is kept on record.

4. It is seen from the Office note dated 10th May, 2023 that contemnor-Opposite Party No.1 has refused to accept the notice of this Court. Accordingly, this Court by order dated 4th July, 2023 has treated service of notice as sufficient against him.

5. This Court in judgment dated 15th May, 2014, passed in FAO No. 505 of 2011 has directed not to alienate the suit property or any part thereof without the leave of the Court till final disposal of the suit.

6. Party No.1 during pendency of the suit resulting issuance of RoR in the name of contemnor-Opposite Party No.2 under Ext.6.

8. Contemnor-Opposite Party No.2 is directed to file his show-cause reply, if any, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which it would be deemed that she has nothing to reply.
