                         6.               1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 9th April, 2019 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.429 of 2017 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 29th November, 2017.

3. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. Memo is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, this RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Interim order dated 20th June, 2019 passed in I.A. No.220 of 2019 stands vacated.
