Learned Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India is requested to place on record the photostat copy of the of Exhibit.1- outdoor ticket of NALCO Hospital and also the original Photostat copy of the statement of Rabindra Ku. Dubey in Hindi as well as the translated version thereof by the next date.

3. Copy of the translated version shall be served on the learned counsel for petitioner.

4. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to file his written note of submission with reference to the judgment, he is relying on by 14.08.2023.
