04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in all the writ petitions except W.P.(C) No. 27861 of 2020, which was argued by Mr. J.R. Khuntia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. K.K. Swain.

3. All these writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned order issued by the Govt. with regard to appointment of Principal in-charge in private aided colleges. It is also contended that by virtue of the interim order passed by this Court, the Petitioners herein are continuing. Learned counsel for the Petitioners also contended that the issue raised in the present batch of writ petitions is covered by a decision of this Court so passed on 11.05.2023 in // 2 //

W.P.(C) No. 12606 of 2023 (Dr. Premalata Rout Vs. State of Odisha & Ors.). It is contended that the present batch of writ petitions be disposed of in the light of said order.

4. Mr. Panigrahi, learned ASC also accepts the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners with regard to the order passed by this Court in the above noted case.

5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and taking into account the submission made, the present batch of writ petitions are disposed of in the light of the Judgment passed by this Court on 11.05.2023 in the case of Dr. Premalata Rout.

6. Photo copy of the order be placed in the connected case records.
