        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 19th August, 2017 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur in C.M.C. No.08 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioners are directed to make payment of Rs.2,000/- each per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., from 4th March, 2016.

3. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
