04. 1. By an order dated 3rd April, 2023 this Division Bench had taken up the present petition by a separate notice as the Court was informed that the issue raised in the present petition had a bearing in W.A. Nos.467 and 468 of 2010 which were pending in this Court. Orders were reserved in this petition on 3rd April, 2023.

2. Today, a judgment has been passed by this Division Bench allowing W.A. Nos.467 and 468 of 2010. As a result, the interim order passed in the present petition on 1st February, 2021 cannot survive and the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the said judgment.
