2. Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner states that Sakthi Sugar has been taken over by Indian Potas. Therefore, he wants to bring appropriate party on record. He further states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of M/s Umeri Distillery (P) Ltd. v. State of Odisha and others, W.P.(C) No. 5628 of 2003 and batch disposed of on 04.12.2019.

3. Mr. L. Samantray, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties seeks time to examine the aforesaid judgment and obtain instructions whether the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment or not.

4. List this matter after two weeks.

5. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
