01. 1. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-
Appellants relies on the judgment of this Court dated 19th September, 2022 in W.A. No.401 of 2017 and batch (Gagan Bihari Patra v. State of Odisha) in relation to transfer of a Gram Rozgar Sevak.
2. Issue notice to Respondent No.1 on the questions of limitation and admission by registered/speed post with A.D., making it returnable before the next date, requisites for which shall be filed within three working days. Accepts one set of process fee. The tracking report be placed on record before the next date.
