        2.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 30th March, 2017 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Cr.P. No.59 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 (minor daughter) from the date of filing of the application.

4. On perusal of the record, it appears that although the matter was filed on 18th April, 2017, but no step either to remove the defect or to get the matter listed has yet been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
