2. Issue notice to the Respondent on the appeal as well as the application for condonation of delay by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. returnable before the next date. Requisites be filed within three working days.

5. As an interim measure, it is directed that the impugned order dated 25th November, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.19738 of 2022 shall remain stayed till the next date.
