The disposed of the writ petition has been listed by the Registry on receipt of letter dated 27th March, 2023 from Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-Cum- Labour Court, in respect of Misc. Case no.7 of 2017, pending before it. There was direction in our judgment dated 17th February, 2023 to dispose of the computation issue within 31st March, 2023. Extension of time by two months has been sought for by the Presiding Officer.
