        6.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 5th August, 2015 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Cr.P. No.17 of 2014 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Parties from the date of the order.

3. Mr. Baug, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the matter has become infructuous. He also files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM stands dismissed as infructuous.
