02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. This is an application filed for review of the Judgment dtd.29.07.2022 passed by this Court in FAO No. 866 of 2019.

3. This Court after going through the ground taken in the Review Petition, finds no justifiable grounds for review of the order which was passed by this Court in its Judgment dtd.29.07.2022 in FAO No. 866 of 2019.

4. Since no justifiable ground has been raised in the review petition for review of the order, this Court is also not inclined to condone the delay in filing the review petition.

5. Therefore, this Court dismiss the I.A. along with Review Petition.
