05. 1. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellants states that in view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court, the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge may not be sustainable in law. He however seeks time to place before the Court the said judgment and requests for a short adjournment.
2. At his request, list on 16th November, 2022. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till then.
