ORDER
Order No. 23.09.2022
5. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 7th April, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Loisingha in T.S. No.8 of 1999, whereby an application filed by the Defendant No.1 to admit an affidavit sworn by the Plaintiffs before the Notary Public in evidence, was refused.
3. Mr. Dang, learned counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 produces a copy of the judgment in the aforesaid suit and submits that before the interim order was passed in the CMP, the suit was already disposed of. The judgment filed is taken on record.
4. It appears that before the interim order dated 30th June, 2022 was passed, the suit (T.S. No.8 of 1999) had already been disposed of on 28th June, 2022.
5. In that view of the matter, the CMP is disposed of as infructuous.
