03. 1. Learned counsel for the State prays for time to examine the
judgment cited by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is to the effect that if charge sheet is filed without the chemical examination report, it has to be treated as incomplete and in such a case, the accused would be entitled to default bail in terms of Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.
2. On the above prayer, the matter is adjourned.
