01. 1. Heard Mr. A. Acharya, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. S. Panda, learned C.G.C. for the Respondent.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the Appellants that challenge in the present appeal against the direction of keeping 90% of the compensation amount in fixed deposit is covered by a similar judgment of this Court.

3. It is admitted by both parties that the challenge in the present appeal is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in FAO No.262 of 2020 and batch, disposed of on 9 th September, 2021.

4. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the principles decided in the said decision of this Court with a direction to disburse entire compensation amount in favour of the claimants by keeping 50% of shares of Appellant No.1 - Smt. Budhimati Majhi, Appellant No.2 - Kshetra Mohan Majhi,

Appellant No.3 - Kumari Basumati Majhi and Appellant No.4-- Kumari Malati Majhi in separate fixed deposits in any Nationalized bank in their names respectively for a period of five years. The entire amount fall due to the shares of minor viz. Appellant No.5--Sri Radhamohan Majhi be kept in any Nationalized Bank in separate fixed deposits till he attains majority or for a period of five years, whichever is later.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
