3. The decision of regularization of service is a policy
decision of the Government. The prayer of the Petitioner
is beyond the purview/ jurisdiction of the present
Opposite Party No.3 who has already considered her case
in pursuance to the order passed by this Court in the
earlier Writ Petition filed by her. Therefore, the present

Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed being devoid of
merits.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of being
dismissed.
